Longevity Cordyceps, Dendrobium Soup

2-3 servings


  • Dendrobium Huoshan: 9g
  • Cordyceps: 8-10 pieces
  • Jilin Red Ginseng: 12g (or Korean ginseng: 9g)
  • Southern dates: 6-8 pieces
  • A few tangerine peels
  • Goji berry: 12g
  • A whole duck
  • Ginger: 3 slices
  • Dried abalone: about 10-15 pieces


Put everything together in a pot with 12 to 15 bowls of water, cook with low heat for 2.5 hours until it last 2-3 bowls of water (or simmer for 3.5 hours with 4 to 5 bowls of water).
