Morel Dendrobium Soup
- Morel mushrooms: 10-12 pieces
- Dendrobium huoshanense: 5 qian (approximately 25g)
- Chinese yam: 1 tael (approximately 38g)
- Goji berries: 1 tael (approximately 38g)
- Dates: 4-6 pieces
- Lean meat: half pounds
Soak morel mushrooms in the water until soft. Cut the lean meat into pieces, scald and drain. Wash all the other ingredients and put everything in the pot with 2 litres of water. Cook until it boiled then cook with low heat for 2 hours, add some salt before serving.★ A bowl of good soup works better than ten meals
